Here are two cool free softwares
1. to print a webpage or offline page as a pdf document: cutewriter from acrosoft.
2. to combine pdf pages: quickpdftools. Download it here: http://download.cnet.com/Quick-PDF-Tools/3000-10743_4-10911974.html
you can find both the tools on google but dont download from download3000 as it is given poor rating by WOT (web of trust)
